At Strip Clubs Barcelona (stripclubsbarcelona.club), we provide nightlife booking services, including VIP entry tickets, event packages, and private entertainment services. Due to the nature of our services (time-based, reservation-based, and personalized), our refund and cancellation policy differs from standard retail purchases.
Please read this policy carefully before completing any booking.
1. Nature of Our Services
All products sold on our website are digital services and reservations, including:
- VIP strip club entry tickets
- Nightlife and party packages (stag/hen, VIP, group bookings)
- Private stripper bookings and entertainment services
- Event coordination and reservation services
These services are time-sensitive and reserved in advance, meaning availability is blocked once a booking is confirmed.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed when:
- Full payment is completed, OR
- A deposit / booking fee is paid (e.g. €99 for stripper services)
Once confirmed, we begin coordination, reservations, and allocation of resources.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 VIP Entry Tickets & Packages
- Cancellations 48+ hours before the event:
- Eligible for a full refund or reschedule
- Cancellations within 24–48 hours:
- Eligible for reschedule or credit only
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the event:

This structure follows common event/tour policies where refunds depend on advance notice and availability impact.
3.2 Stripper Bookings (Private Shows)
- The €99 booking fee / deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
- This fee secures performer availability and scheduling
- Cancellations 48+ hours before booking:

❌ Deposit is forfeited - No-show or last-minute cancellation:

3.3 No-Show Policy
If you:
- Do not arrive at the agreed meeting point
- Do not respond to coordination messages
- Refuse pickup or entry conditions
→ The booking is considered used, and no refund will be issued
4. Conditions for Discounted Services
Many of our offers include:
- Discounted online pricing
- Free pickup / taxi service
- Priority/VIP entry
⚠️ These conditions are mandatory for the offer to be valid.
Failure to comply (e.g., arriving independently instead of using arranged pickup) may result in:
- Loss of discount
- Denied entry benefits
- No eligibility for refund
5. Refund Method
If eligible:
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–10 business days
6. Exceptional Situations
We may offer a refund, credit, or reschedule in cases of:
- Venue closure
- Service unavailability
- Verified operational issues on our side
Each case is reviewed individually.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of plans or personal reasons
- Intoxication or denied entry by venue
- Late arrival
- Failure to follow booking instructions
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a booking, you agree to this policy.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with proof of booking and communication
- Fraudulent disputes may result in blacklisting from future bookings
9. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

10. Legal Notice
Due to the nature of digital and time-based services, bookings may be exempt from standard withdrawal rights once the service has been scheduled or performed, especially when tied to a specific date or event.
11. WhatsApp Communication & Booking Confirmation
By completing a booking on Strip Clubs Barcelona, the client agrees that WhatsApp is the primary communication channel for all operational coordination.
- All important booking details (pickup time, location, confirmation, changes) are provided via WhatsApp
- The client is responsible for:
- Providing a valid phone number
- Being reachable on WhatsApp before and during the booking time
- Responding to messages in a timely manner
✅ A booking is considered fully confirmed and fulfilled when:
- Confirmation details are sent via WhatsApp, AND
- The service is made available as agreed
⚠️ Failure to respond, read, or follow WhatsApp instructions does not qualify for a refund
Examples include:
- Not replying to pickup coordination
- Ignoring instructions about meeting points
- Not answering calls/messages from our team
In these cases, the booking is considered used (no-show) and non-refundable
12. Service Fulfillment & Proof of Delivery
Due to the nature of nightlife and private entertainment services, service fulfillment is based on availability and coordination, not subjective experience.
We reserve the right to use the following as valid proof of service delivery:
- WhatsApp message logs (timestamps, confirmations, instructions)
- Call logs and communication attempts
- Confirmation of performer/vehicle/venue allocation
- Time-stamped coordination records
If the service was made available at the agreed time and location, it is considered fulfilled, regardless of client participation.
13. Fraudulent Claims & False Complaints
We take fraudulent refund requests seriously.
The following are considered invalid claims:
- “We didn’t enjoy the experience”
- “We changed our mind”
- “We didn’t like the venue/performer”
- Claims made after service availability without prior complaint
- Claims contradicting WhatsApp communication records
⚠️ Any attempt to obtain a refund through false, misleading, or unverifiable claims will be rejected.
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refunds in such cases
- Provide evidence (including WhatsApp logs) to payment providers
- Block future bookings from the client
14. Complaint Handling Policy (Important)
If a client has an issue, it must be reported:
- Immediately via WhatsApp during the service, OR
- Within a maximum of 2 hours after the scheduled time
This allows us to verify and resolve the issue in real time
❌ Complaints made after this period will not be considered valid for refunds
15. Third-Party Venue & Performer Responsibility
Strip Clubs Barcelona acts as a booking and coordination platform.
While we work only with trusted partners:
- We do not control individual performer behavior or venue policies
- Entry decisions may be subject to venue rules (e.g., dress code, intoxication)
⚠️ Denied entry due to:
- Intoxication
- Aggressive behavior
- Non-compliance with venue rules
